Come Seeking Revolutionaries
"If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you always got” - we've all heard this phrase, or variations of it haven't we? Being comfy is nice, it’s safe, it’s familiar. It isn’t progressive though.
If you want fresh new perspectives in a business it may upset the apple cart. New ideas, opportunities and processes may make people question if they’ve “been doing it wrong”.
Current processes and opportunities are rarely 'wrong'; however, they could be developed and will be different in a few years time - that's progress.
How often do you review the efficacy of your business with customer surveys? Do you apply this to your workforce too? Do you ask the next generation of industry how they work, what platforms they use?
I have recently surveyed multiple College and University students about their understanding of CSR to help me develop JHI and make what we do more relatable. I'm learning so much about how we can develop as a company to grow and offer CSR opportunities to our new audiences and remain current and fresh. What's important to me and the team at JHI is that we won't ever ask you to do something that we've not done ourselves - it's never a case of 'do as we say' - we've tried and tested every element of the strategy that we can put together with you.
So, what are you doing?
